I graduated from Lakeveiw school! This was a huge milestone in my life! After this next week, I will be starting the next chapter of my life!! I will be forever grateful for what Lakeveiw did for me these last two years!!!

I am honored to have been awarded the Rosa Hagin Scholarship by the Learning Disabilities Association (LDA) of New Jersey, part of a national network dedicated to providing resources and support for individuals with learning disabilities. This scholarship recognizes and supports students with learning disabilities who are pursuing higher education. Selection is based on a combination of academic achievement, demonstrated need, and personal character. I received this award in recognition of my efforts to overcome obstacles and my commitment to higher education, as well as my goal of becoming a motivational speaker and advocate.

I will be returning to speak with this year's students from Kean University, who are studying to be Speech Pathologists. I will share my story to help them understand how to better serve their future clients in the public school setting.
